Durham, North Carolina
Seven years of showing up for our neighbors.
The Gateway to Heaven Community Outreach Center is a faith-rooted community development corporation serving Durham residents through food access, clothing assistance, and planned educational and digital inclusion programs. We connect immediate support with opportunities for greater household stability, learning, and community participation.
Your support sustains monthly services and helps bring the next phase of neighborhood programs to life.

Who we are
Faith in action. Community at the center.
Birthed out of Gateway to Heaven United Holy Church, the center brings a professional community-development lens to the work our neighbors have always deserved: consistent service, practical access, and pathways toward stability.
Led by Pastor Dr. Marian Freeman-Weaver, we are building toward sustainable community transformation—one family, one Saturday, and one new program at a time.
